It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janis Cook (Clarington, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 20, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Abraham Cory and Eileen B. White (Varley); and her husband Dalph O. Cook. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Showers (Michael), Barbara Cook and Arthur Cook (Alia); her grandchildren, Cody Showers and Skyler Showers; and her brothers, Ronald White and Richard White.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Brookville Relief Society of the Brookville branch of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
