He is survived by: his spouse Thelma May Neigh (Bellis); his daughters, Naomi Smelser (Kevin) of Clarington, PA and Rachel Moore (late Gary) of Monument, CO; his siblings, Lucille Carson of Norene Huss and Floyd Neigh; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Moore and Bethany Moore; and also Thelma.
