He is survived by: his children, Deborah L. Burkett (John) of Luthersburg, Douglas W. Hadbavny of Harrisburg and Diane L. Hawk (Marshall) of Claridge; his grandchildren, Dawn Burns (Rob) and J. C. Burkett; his great grandchildren, Kylie and Kaden Burns; and his pet Ruby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
