She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Puchalski and Anna Puchalski (Olszewski); her husband Lloyd "Pete" Moose; her sons, Mark Joseph and James Martin Moose; her grandson Sean Nicholas Kerna; her great grandchild Wesley Prosowski; and her sister Helen Fellows.
She is survived by: her daughters, Catherine Miller (Kenneth) and Sandra Kerna (Bruce); her grandchildren, Jameson "Lance", Brittnye Moose, Breanne Weston, Michael, Bailey, Brooke Miller, Stephen, Matthew, Jason and Niko Kerna; and her close friends, Wilma, Diane, Dee and Roseann. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
