He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Reitz and Jacqueline Reitz (Sutton); and his brother William Burtch. He is survived by: his siblings, Bob Burtch of Clarendon, John Wright of Warren and Vera James of Clarendon. He is also survived by three nephews and one niece.
The family has asked that donations be made to the Borden Funeral Home, P. O. Box 4, Sheffield, PA 16347 to assist with final expenses.
