He was predeceased by: his mother Deborah Louise Kearney Matha. He is survived by: his father John Henry Matha of Warren, PA.; his uncle Nicholas L. Matha (Jack Ferry Sr.); his aunt Barbara Ann Schmidt of Johnsonburg, PA.; and his siblings, John Matha of Erie, PA., Louise Ann Matha of Pittsburgh and Rose Marie Matha.
