With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan M. Bailey of Clarendon, Pennsylvania, born in Warren, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 14, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Claude A. Byers; and her husband Kenneth Bailey Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Bessie M. Byers; her children, Linda Bailey Waid (Timothy) of Clarendon, PA, Diane Brant of Clarendon, PA, Kenneth Bailey III of Clarendon, PA and John T. Bailey of Clarendon, PA; and her sister Dorothy Johnson of Warren, PA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and several nieces, and numerous other extended family and friends.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Paws Along the River 212 Elm St., Warren, PA.
