He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Biggans and Margaret Biggans (Dudish); his wife Lisa A. Maines; and also, Matthew "Dale" and Shirley Maines.
He is survived by: his daughter Krista A. Biggans (Kris McDermott) of Trout Run; and his siblings, Florann Micucci (Edmond) of Patton, Andy Biggans (Faye) of Snow Shoe, George Biggans (Joyce) of Arizona, Barry Biggans (Evelyn) of Clarence, Robert Biggans (Irene) of Zion and Alex Biggans (Marsha) of Snow Shoe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
