She was predeceased by: her parents, Christian Heverly and Thelma Heverly (Davy); her stepmother Anne Heverly; and her sister Sally Confer. She is survived by: her husband Douglas M. Smitchko, Sr.; her children, Doug Smitchko, Jr. of Clarence and Kristine Langer (Mark) of State College; her grandchildren, Hunter (Summer Smitchko), Katelyn Smitchko, Hannah, Zane and Taylor Langer; her great grandchildren, Tiven and Kinley Brown; and her sisters, Jane Petuck of Bellefonte, Rhonda Neff of Julian and Bonnie Peters (Dale) of Beech Creek.
A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Queen of Archangels Parish Church (102 Church St, Clarence, PA 16829).
