He is survived by: his wife Arlene (Rule); his children, Jody Lucas, John Lucas, Jr. and Missy Lucas; his stepchildren, Sherrie Jackson and Raymond Brungart; and his siblings, George, Mary, Margaret, Donna and Harry. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
