She was predeceased by: her parents, Sara D. Mandarino (VanNortwick) and Thomas F. Mandarino; her husband Clarence E. "Chub" Foss; and her brother Thomas Mandarino. She is survived by: her children, Scott Foss, Steve Foss (Marcia) of Old Forge, PA and Sally Murgia (Peter) of Forks Twp; her sister Ellen Moskella of Bethlehem Twp; and her grandchildren, Marissa, Katrina, Giavanna and Matthew.
