He is survived by: his wife Delores A. Kochik; his children, James A. Cingle of Santa Clara, CA and Colleen S. Warefield (Glenn) of Bellefonte; his grandsons, Jake A. Warefield of Pleasant Gap and Jeremy M. Warefield of Pleasant Gap; and his siblings, Edward Cingle of Altoona, Margaret D'Elia, Jane Cresson and Barbara White.
