He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Parsons, Sr. and Sevilla Simpson Parsons; his wife Alice Griffiths Parsons; and his sister Dolores Schimmel. He is survived by: his sons, William R. Parsons (Tamara) of Hamilton and Chris W. Parsons of Clairton; and his pets, Chico and Cisco. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
