He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven and Dorothy (Junker); and his siblings, Stephen, Catherine Lewis and Susan Goulder.
He is survived by: his brother Timothy (Therese). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
