Neal, Jr. (Connie) of Ohio, Jayden Neal of Clairton, Yvonn Neal and Deriona Rice of Clairton; his granddaughter Adelina Neal; and his siblings, Justin Dowden (Italia) of Ohio, Jason Lohr (Nicole) of Charleroi, Trennon L. Neal Jr. of New Castle, Jessie Dowden of Greensburg, Alissa Lohr of Duquesne, Cheyanne Neal-Golden (Steffon) of Glassport, Chelsie Neal of West Mifflin and Taleesa Neal of Duquesne. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
