He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl O. Peterson and Mildred Peterson (Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Ruth E. Peterson (Inks); and his sons, Ron Peterson (Nina) of Jefferson Hills, Lon Peterson of Upland, CA, Carl Peterson (Kristin) of Derry and Nick Peterson (Micaela) of Clairton. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; also, nieces and nephews.
