She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven Fedor and Helen Fedor (Jerry); her husband John Basach; and her sisters, Helen Hershberger and Barbara Stocker.
She is survived by: her siblings, Stephen Fedor (Kim) of West Mifflin, Betty Lou Cloonan (Michael) and Joseph "Bobby" Fedor (Annette) of Munhall; and her friend Joan Foster. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
