She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Sivak and Catherine Sivak (Marturkanic); and her husband Richard Pivarnik. She is survived by: her brother Andrew Sivak (Denise); her children, Richard (Mona), Michelle and Erik; her nieces, Amanda and Ashley; and her grandchild Ananya.
