She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene R. Bailey and Ruth Adele Wheat Bailey (Beeker); her husband Leonard Earl Blatchford; and her siblings, Charles Wheat and Ellen B. Singleton.
She is survived by: her brother Eugene Bailey (Sandra) of Newark, DE; and her nieces and nephews, Carrie O'Hare (Shane), Brooke Hopkins (Matthew), Elaine Bubella (Jim), Donna Miller (David), Charles Wheat, Jr. (Sharon), Janine Cain (Bill), Kevin Singleton, Katherine, Neve O'Hare and Andrew Evans.
