She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl "Red" Stidard and Harriet Stidard (Martin); and her siblings, Sylvia Lou Honke, Harriet "Linny" Stidard, Gerald Stidard and Earl Stidard, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Palmer; her sons, Scott Palmer (Kathleen) of Murrells Inlet, Shawn Palmer of St. Petersburg and Keith Palmer (Kathy) of Mt. Vernon; her grandchildren, Heather Fazio, Ryan, Hayley and A. J. Palmer; and her great grandchildren, Braden, Kaelyn and Adaline Fazio. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
