He is survived by: his parents, Victor Spernak and Carol Sporio (Victor); his son Milo Perlick-Spernak; his siblings, Victor Perlick-Spernak of Clairton, Carly Ogletree of Clairton and Savannah Sporio of Clairton; and his grandparents, John Perlick (JoAnne) of Clairton and Susan Woodward of Elizabeth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
