He was predeceased by: his parent Ellen Baker. He is survived by: his wife Nicole Baker (Sopko); his children, Katrina, Jeremiah and Alaina Baker; his father Gary Baker Sr. of Meadville; his brothers, Mike Mumford of Cochranton, PA and Jason Baker of Kuwait; his mother-in-law Marie Sopko of Clairton; and his aunts, Rebecca Shoemaker and Amy Garbart.
