She is survived by: her children, William Forkey (Susan) of Clairton, Richard Forkey Sr. (Sherry) of White Oak and Jammie Fridley of Glassport; her stepdaughter Karen Burnsworth; her granddaughter Danielle Lofstrom (Chad); her great grandchildren, Maddix, Deklin and Easton; her grandchildren, Deanna Forkey, Anthony Hertzig (Allison), Shelby Fridley, Leighta Fridley, Richard Forkey Jr., Abigail Forkey, Madison Dunnett, Avery Forkey, Alexis Weig and Brittany Morrill; her siblings, Kathy J. Rich and William C. Wilcher; and also Sherry Morris. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
