David (Homa); his brother Dr. Robert David (Sherry) of Brentwood; his godchildren, Dr. Katherine J. Barnett, Megan Weber, Daniel Barnett and Alex Hodinko; his cousin Terry Phillips; and his friend Kenny Moon. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
