He is survived by: his sisters, Enes Coughenour, Mary Ann Miller and Rose M. Schepis; his sons, Rocco Scarlato (Susan) and Eugene Scarlato (Peggy); his grandchildren, Melissa Fulmer (Tom), Roxanne Evans (Bob) and Rocco Scarlato; his great grandchildren, Hunter Fulmer, McKenzie and Abigail Evans; his great-nephews, Lizzi Oskin and Jim Bayto; his brother-in-law Bob Schepis; and his friend Lora Pittman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces.
