He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Ellsworth Morrow Sr. and Patricia Zimmerman Ulakovich; his son Phillip Morrow; and his siblings, Phyllis Poziviak and Rick Morrow.
He is survived by: his sisters, Colleen Odenthal (Gary) of Elizabeth, Karen Contrillo of McKeesport, Debra Lockner of Elizabeth and Michelle Lucas (Bob) of Clarksville; and his pet Winky. He is also survived by 1 daughter, 2 granddaughters, as well as nieces, nephews.
