It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Domenic V. Virgona of Clairton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 5, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenic Virgona and Rose Virgona (Fazio); his wife Joan A. Virgona (Phillips); and his siblings, Carmella Bartolomeo Pholar, Anthony Virgona and Angelo Vergona.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Nickolich (William) of Clairton, Debra Maksin (David P.) of Clairton, Beverly Virgona of Clairton and Domenic J. Virgona (Vanessa) of Clairton; his grandchildren, Laura, Domenic J. Virgona, David S. Maksin (Allison) and Heath Maksin; his great grandchildren, Liam Mizak, Layla Pavlik, Antwynette Virgona, Andrew and Anthony T. Satterfield; and his sister Angela DeNardo (late Richard) of Forest Hills. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
