The memory of Dolores Monaghan of Clairton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 22, 2025 at the age of 96, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Neil and Ethel Mullen Bell; her husband Richard "Bud" Monaghan; her sons, Rick Monaghan, Rob Monaghan, Rusty Monaghan and Randy Monaghan; and her grandson Mason Monaghan.
She is survived by: her sister Eleanor Halaszynski; her grandchildren, Robbie Monaghan (Melissa), Jason Monaghan (Shannon), Jake Monaghan (Brooke), Zack Monaghan, Mitchell Monaghan, Niki Monaghan, Amanda Smith (Justin), Shianne Lucas (Anthony), Joe Demko, Chauncy Monaghan and Courtney Shearer (Easton); and also Rhonda Demko (Larry) of Clairton. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, many great-great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the I. M. Finney Funeral Home, Inc. (203 4th St, Dravosburg, PA 15034). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at the Penn Lincoln Memorial Park (14679 Lincoln Hwy, Irwin, PA 15642).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to defray costs.
