With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn (Blackburn) E. Boyer (Churchville, Pennsylvania), born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 31, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Blackburn and Arminta Blackburn. She is survived by: her children, Deann Harris and Jeffrey Boyer (Nancy); her grandchildren, Danielle Harris and Thomas Boyer (Aubree); her great grandchildren, Charlotte and Madeline Boyer; and her brother Daniel Blackburn (Linda). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

“Dear Deann and Danielle, I am so sorry to hear about your mom and grandmother, Mrs. Boyer. This has been a crazy year. She was an amazing woman and I loved going over to her house and mowing the lawn. We would mow all those leaves from the trees every fall. I always admired her.
