It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Whelan of Churchville, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 22, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Doris Whelan; his children, Marjorie Whelan and John David Whelan; his children-in-law, Blair B. Walter and Susan Bryan; his stepson Bryan Young; his sister Mary Hawthorne; and his grandchildren, Bryanna and Christian Young. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
