He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Lee and Margaret "Peggy" Lee (O'Neill); his sister Mary Mecke (Lee); his son Brian; and his wife Joy Julian Lee.

He is survived by: his children, Jack Jr., Sheila Altomare (Lee) and Kenneth Lee; and his grandchildren, Anthony, Jr., Dan, Joe and Caroline Altomare.
