He was predeceased by: his children, Annamarie Bell and Thomas Bell. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Bell (Hollister); his sons, James Bell (Susan), Walter J. Bell, Jr. (Judy) and Michael Bell (Amy); his son-in-law Jerry Bates (late Margaret Mary Bell); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jeremy, Valerie, Rachel, Victoria, Madeline, Christopher, Thomas and Emily; his great grandchild Liliana; his stepson William Aitken (Kathleen); his stepgrandsons, Benjamin and Andrew; his stepchildren, Thomas Aitken and Elizabeth Evans (Johnathan); his stepgrandsons, Felix and Simon; and his stepson Robert Aitken.
