We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2024, James T. Mooney Sr. of Churchville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, James shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid James farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas and Ellen Mooney (McConway); his wife Doris Rita Mooney (Moore); and his siblings, Joseph Mooney and Kathleen West.
He is survived by: his children, Theresa Hanlon (Joseph) of Churchville and James T. Mooney, Jr. (Barbara) of New Providence, NJ; and his grandchildren, Caitlin Hanlon, Bridget Hanlon and Seamus Mooney (Angelica).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Vincent de Paul Church (654 Hatboro Rd, Richboro, PA 18954). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Our Lady of Grace Cemetery (1215 Old Lincoln Hwy, Langhorne, PA 19047).
