He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Lucille (Carl John Kunz) and Churchville; his former wife Marjorie Tomlinson Kunz; and his siblings, Delores, Dale, Carolyn, Douglas and Christine.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his daughter Karen Kunz Eckmeier (Walter); his grandchildren, Juli and Glenn Eckmeier; and his great grandchildren, Trevor, Rowen, Griffin, River Cosack, Alexandria and Johannes Donald Eckmeier (JD). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
