Smith; his daughters, Lisa Bogle (Michael Bogle), Kristin Chelius (Kyle Chelius) and Julie Wetherill; his child-in-law Dale Wetherill, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Caroline Bogle, Evan Bogle, Claire Chelius, Larissa Chelius, Jessica Wetherill, Dale Wetherill, III and Danny Wetherill.
