He is survived by: his sons, William B. Jr. of Elverson, PA and Mark A. Miller; his grandchildren, Damon A. Miller, Tyler J. Perrotta and Allison M. Perrotta; and his siblings, Richard Miller (Linda), David E. Miller Sr. and Alice K. Williams.
