He is survived by: his wife Thelma J. Spotts Fisher; his children, Michael V. (Deborah S. Law) and Marjorie F. (Lewis Ingles) of Gap; his grandchildren, Brandon (Bethany Fisher), Aftan (A. J. Hoffer), Lauren (Wesley Landsem), Benjamin (Ana Ingles) and Elizabeth Ingles; and his sister Helen (Richard Ours) of Harrisonburg, VA..
