He is survived by: his spouse Ann Gaizauskas Savage; his parents, Wilbur H. and Marie G. McGlinn Savage; his children, Thomas J. Savage, Jr. of Parkesburg and Julia Izzi (Tony) of West Chester; his grandchildren, Irie Savage, Oliver Savage, Wyatt Izzi and Hunter Izzi; and his siblings, Patricia Whitby (John), Ann Morrison and William Savage (Karen).
