She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Matthew Newswanger and Anna Newswanger (Sylvia) of Paradise; and her grandparents, David, Jeanne Sylvia (Gardiner) of Lancaster, Eli, Minerva Newswanger (Sensenig) of Leola and Sarah. She was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins and great grandparents.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sarah Joy's memory to the Butterfly Fund at Women and Babies Hospital, which offers supportive services to families that have experienced the loss of a baby.
