He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel Hartsoe and Laura Hartsoe; and his brother Glenn Hartsoe. He is survived by: his wife Lucy Watson Hartsoe; his daughters, Donna, Sherri Hartsoe and Jo Hartsoe (Mike Murphy); his grandson Chase (Lauren); and his brother Jim Hartsoe. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, his family and friends.
