He was predeceased by: his son Roey Chance Parsons. He is survived by: his close friend Pamela Wonder Rogalis; his parents, Roey, Sr. Parsons and Jane Coomes Parsons of Georgetown, DE.; his children, Ashley Jane Smith of London, KY, Earl Cody Parsons and Samuel Cole Parsons of Bowie, MD; his grandson Samuel Chance Parsons; his sister Alice (Matthew Stewart) of Port Deposit, MD; his niece Amber Stewart; and his nephew Matthew Stewart.
