Bailey of Christiana, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 93, on April 9, 2023. She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph S. Bailey; her parents, Charles Emeigh and Lenora Stevenson Emeigh; her children, Stanley (Mary Aurandt Bailey) of Winchester, VA and Cheryl Locklear (Autrey Locklear); and her sister Eleanor Meyhoefer of Philadelphia.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn R. Tarr (William Tarr) of Folsom, PA and Nancie Howell; and her close friends, Glen Greenwalt of Media and Brenda (Bud Harris) of Lewisville, PA. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren.
