She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon R. Umble; her parents, Henry S. Landes and Edna Godshall Landes; her grandson Matthew David Verdegem; and her siblings, Ruth Mast, Enos Merle Landes, Wilmer, Henry Landes and Beulah Haberle.
She is survived by: her children, Vernon D. (Lois Lefever Umble) of Christiana, Sue (Vince Verdegem) of Denver, Kathy L. (Terry Myers) of Christiana, Lori A. (Kenley Coward) of Birmingham, AL and Maerine "Peachie" Dinkins of Bronx, NY; and her siblings, Naomi Yoder of Halifax, Paul (Janet Landes) of Chalfont, Kathryn (Elwood Schoenly) of Bally, PA and Lois (Tom Martin) of Boyertown.
Viewing was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Maple Grove Mennonite Church (549 Swan Rd, Atglen, PA 19310). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
