She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence W. Work and Marie Work; her husband Norman William Rissel; and her sister Helen McCombs. She is survived by: her daughters, Carol (Patrick W. Moore) of Coudersport and Jennifer Kurtz of Christiana; her grandchildren, Shawn K. McDowell (Jennifer Glatfelter) of Coudersport, Charles Brown III of Christiana and Kent C. Rissel of Wernersville, PA; her great grandchildren, Matthew C. Brown of Buck, PA and Lauren Brown of Quarryville; and her sister Mary Ella (Rodney Linderman) of Pottstown.
