He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fred and Josephine Sapp Osborne. He is survived by: his spouse Geri Thompson Osborne; his daughter Angela Miller (Ken) of Christiana; his grandchildren, Sabrina Miller of Arlington, VA, Miranda Miller of Christiana, Kenny Miller of Christiana and AJ Miller of Christiana; his brother Mark Osborne of Glen Mills; and his sister-in-law Gabriella Osborne of Glen Mills.
