Wiggins of Christiana, Pennsylvania, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Josephine Wiggins; his wife Anna Hoover Wiggins; and his daughter Nancy Wiggins. He is survived by: his children, Charles E. Wiggins, Jr. (Nancy) of Ronks, William "Mike" Wiggins (Cindy) of Gouglersville, Caroline A. Eshleman (Gregory) of Lancaster and Christian L. Wiggins of Christiana. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
