She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold M. Shivery, Sr. and Evelyn B. Hardy Shivery of Russellville, PA.; and her siblings, Winifred Byer, Shirley McAllister, Dorine Butler and Harold Shivery Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Karl D Campbell; and her children, Sabrena Renea (Timothy McMichael) of Oxford, PA, Monica Karena (Gordon Clark) of Elkton, MD and K. Darren Campbell of Abingdon, MD. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
