It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alice T. DellaVecchia of Christiana, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 5, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles M. DellaVecchia; her parents, Raymond J. O'Brien and Ellen M. Hogan O'Brien; her son Raymond James DellaVecchia; and her siblings, Ellen "Micky" Christianson, Margaret McCall and Ray O'Brien.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis DellaVecchia (Denise), Michael DellaVecchia (Barbara), Sharon Lenzi (Bryan), Patricia "Kitta" Grimes (David), Margaret Barbine (Rick) and Regina Kealty (Michael); and her brother Robert O'Brien (Marge). She is also survived by 15 grand children, 16 great-grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Catherines Catholic Church (955 Robert Fulton Hwy, Quarryville, PA 17566). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Delaware Veteran Memorial Cemetery.
