He was predeceased by: his parent William D.; and his son Stephen Robb. He is survived by: his parent Susanna Schuyler Robb; his child William E. Robb Jr.; his wife Vicki of Phoenix; his grandchildren, Lisa, Jeremy, William, Anthony, John, Alexa, Gracey and Carley; his great grandchild Mia; his sister Mary Sue Vandeven (William) of Wentzville; and also, Sandra Dawson of Pittsburgh, Catherine Siweckyj (John) of Pittsburgh, Rachael Robb of Whitehall and Rodney W. Robb (Alyssa) of Chicora. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
