She was predeceased by: her parents, Jared Slagle and Grace Slagle (Keesey); her husband Neal Milliken Sr.; her children, Neal Milliken Jr., Phyllis Hooks and Scott; and her siblings, Ossroe, Jerry, William, Harry, Jack, Robert, John, Earl Slagle, Evelyn Anderson, Anna Anderson and Nancy Sabo.
She is survived by: her daughter Nannie Davis (Jeffrey) of Chicora; her grandchildren, Adam Davis (Renee) of Butler, Aaron Davis (Kaitlyn) of Butler, Marsha Frick (Harry) of Adrian and Melissa Shultz (Ben); and her great grandchildren, Norah, Amelia Davis, Ryley Stahl, Waylon and Wesley Frick. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
